智萌綜合體的建筑方案是由中國(guó)著名青年建筑大師華黎先生設(shè)計(jì)，總體建筑及結(jié)構(gòu)由德陽(yáng)知名的宏基原創(chuàng)設(shè)計(jì)，室內(nèi)設(shè)計(jì)和裝飾則由德陽(yáng)田園建筑裝飾完成。智萌綜合體的建筑均為獨(dú)棟設(shè)計(jì)，確保每一間教室都可四面采光。整個(gè)園區(qū)建筑面積近萬(wàn)平方，投入資金約5000萬(wàn)元。建筑及裝飾的每一個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)都由鄧?yán)蚺坑H自參與，并邀請(qǐng)眾多教育專家親臨現(xiàn)場(chǎng)，從多個(gè)角度探討建筑物帶給孩子們的深遠(yuǎn)意義。由專業(yè)團(tuán)隊(duì)為孩童專門(mén)定制的屬于孩童自己的城市——建筑群和孩童的關(guān)系是親近的，安全的。
Gem universal construction is designed by Chinese famous young architect Mr. Hua Li. The overall architecture and structure are designed by Deyang well-known Hong Ji design. Interior design and decoration are completed by Deyang garden architectural decoration company. Gem buildings are all of single building design to ensure every classroom can be exposed to natural light. Gem’s building area is nearly 10000 square meters , the investment is about 50 million yuan. Every aspect of the architecture and decoration, Elizabeth is personally involved in . Many educational experts are invited to visit the site. We all explore the profound significance the buildings bring to children from multiple aspects. Gem is a city designed for children by a professional team .The relationship between the building and the children is close and safe.

The view of children in Gem
（1）孩子是社會(huì)的一份子，是社會(huì)與文化的參與者，是歷史的演出者，也是文化的創(chuàng)造者，孩子有權(quán)利發(fā)表自己的看法，與成人一樣，擁有獨(dú)特權(quán)利的個(gè)體。
The child is a member of society, is the social and cultural participants, is the performer of the history , but also the the creator of the culture , the child has the right to express their views, like adults, has unique rights of individuals.
（2）孩子是主動(dòng)學(xué)習(xí)者，在入學(xué)之前就已經(jīng)擁有了一定的知識(shí)、經(jīng)驗(yàn)。他們有獨(dú)特的學(xué)習(xí)方式。

Teachers’ Views of Education
（1）教育的目標(biāo)就是創(chuàng)造一個(gè)和諧的環(huán)境，使在這個(gè)環(huán)境中的每一位孩童、教師都感到自在、愉悅，生活得幸福。教育并不僅僅追求什么外在的目標(biāo)，而是更多地注重內(nèi)在的品質(zhì)。教育要發(fā)展幼兒的創(chuàng)造力。
The education goal is to create a harmonious environment, so that every child and teacher in this environment feel comfortable, pleasant and happy . Education is not only in the pursuit of the superficial goals, but it has more emphasis on the inherent quality. Education should develop children's creativity.
（2）在教學(xué)方法上，智萌教師反對(duì)傳統(tǒng)的單向灌輸，反對(duì)把語(yǔ)言文字作為獲取知識(shí)的捷徑，他們認(rèn)為教育就是要為孩童帶來(lái)更多的可能性去創(chuàng)新和發(fā)現(xiàn)，教育在于給孩童創(chuàng)設(shè)學(xué)習(xí)的情境，幫助孩童在與情境中的人、事、物相互作用的過(guò)程中主動(dòng)建構(gòu)知識(shí)。
For the teaching methods, Gem teachers are against traditional one-way teaching method. We are also opposed that the language is a shortcut to acquire knowledge. They think that education is for children to bring more possibilities to innovate and discover.Education lies in creating a learning situation for children, help children construct their own knowledge through the interaction with people、things in the situations.
（3）教育應(yīng)以孩童為中心，應(yīng)從孩童的興趣、需要及經(jīng)驗(yàn)出發(fā)。兒童在教育過(guò)程中和課程決策上應(yīng)有參與與發(fā)表意見(jiàn)的機(jī)會(huì)。但這并非意味著絕對(duì)孩童中心主義，除孩童以外，教師與家長(zhǎng)在孩童教育上也扮演重要的角色，起重要的作用。
Education should be focused on children. It is from the children's interest, needs and experience . Children has opportunities to participate and express their views in the process of education and decision-making of curriculum . But this does not mean absolute child centered, besides children, teachers and parents also play an important role in the education for children.
（4）智萌認(rèn)為在“教”與“學(xué)”兩者之間，更應(yīng)尊重后者，所以智萌是“以學(xué)定教”。

（5）“與其牽著孩童的手，倒不如讓他們靠自己的雙腳站立。”在孩童的探索過(guò)程中，教師應(yīng)掌握正確的時(shí)機(jī)，適當(dāng)?shù)亟槿耄瑓f(xié)助孩童發(fā)現(xiàn)問(wèn)題，幫助孩童提出問(wèn)題。

低科技的教育環(huán)境
Educational environment nearly without science and technology
智萌幼兒園，不設(shè)電腦課，班級(jí)里沒(méi)有視頻監(jiān)控、沒(méi)有電視，不鼓勵(lì)孩子看電視，不提倡孩童過(guò)早的學(xué)習(xí)電腦。電腦當(dāng)然要學(xué)，但不是在幼兒期，而是學(xué)齡后，因?yàn)榧夹g(shù)雖給人類帶來(lái)了方便，也給人類帶來(lái)了懶惰乃至不思進(jìn)取。
Educational environment nearly without science and technology.Gem preschool does not have the computer class. The class is without cameras and TVS.We do not encourage children to watch TV, do not promote learning computer in early year education. Of course,Computer needs to be learned, but not in the period of early childhood. It should be put off to latter years for children, because although the technology brings to human being convenience, it also brings laziness and complacency for humans.

《幼兒園教育指導(dǎo)綱要》從2001年9月起試行，是國(guó)家為進(jìn)一步貫徹第三次全國(guó)教育工作會(huì)議和全國(guó)基礎(chǔ)教育工作會(huì)議精神，落實(shí)《國(guó)務(wù)院關(guān)于基礎(chǔ)教育改革與發(fā)展的決定》，推進(jìn)幼兒園實(shí)施素質(zhì)教育，全面提高幼兒園教育質(zhì)量的綱領(lǐng)性文件
《綱要》指出，幼兒園的教育內(nèi)容是全面的、啟蒙的，可以相對(duì)劃分為健康、語(yǔ)言、社會(huì)、科學(xué)、藝術(shù)五大領(lǐng)域，也可作其它不同的劃分。各領(lǐng)域的內(nèi)容相互滲透，從不同的角度促進(jìn)幼兒情感、態(tài)度、能力、知識(shí)、技能等方面的發(fā)展。
《3-6歲兒童學(xué)習(xí)與發(fā)展指南》
《3-6歲兒童學(xué)習(xí)與發(fā)展指南》是為深入貫徹《國(guó)家中長(zhǎng)期教育改革和發(fā)展規(guī)劃綱要（2010-2020年）》和《國(guó)務(wù)院關(guān)于當(dāng)前發(fā)展學(xué)前教育的若干意見(jiàn)》（國(guó)發(fā)〔2010〕41號(hào)），指導(dǎo)幼兒園和家庭實(shí)施科學(xué)的保育和教育，促進(jìn)幼兒身心全面和諧發(fā)展，中國(guó)教育部網(wǎng)站2012年10月15日發(fā)布《3-6歲兒童學(xué)習(xí)與發(fā)展指南》，對(duì)防止和克服學(xué)前教育“小學(xué)化”現(xiàn)象提供了具體方法和建議。
《指南》從健康、語(yǔ)言、社會(huì)、科學(xué)、藝術(shù)等五個(gè)領(lǐng)域描述幼兒學(xué)習(xí)與發(fā)展，分別對(duì)3-4歲、4-5歲、5-6歲三個(gè)年齡段末期幼兒應(yīng)該知道什么、能做什么，大致可以達(dá)到什么發(fā)展水平提出了合理期望。同時(shí)，針對(duì)當(dāng)前學(xué)前教育普遍存在的困惑和誤區(qū)，為廣大家長(zhǎng)和幼兒園教師提供了具體、可操作的指導(dǎo)、建議。
《IB課程》
國(guó)際文憑組織（the International Baccalaureate Organization，簡(jiǎn)稱IBO ）創(chuàng)立于1968年，是一個(gè)經(jīng)聯(lián)合國(guó)科教文衛(wèi)組織注冊(cè)的非贏利的國(guó)際教育基金會(huì)，是世界公認(rèn)的國(guó)際教育的領(lǐng)跑者。
IBO的教育宗旨是終身教育（Education for Life），它倡導(dǎo)國(guó)際主義和對(duì)不同文化的理解與尊重，致力于培養(yǎng)酷愛(ài)探究、知識(shí)淵博、有人道主義精神的青年，使他們成為積極主動(dòng)的終身學(xué)習(xí)者、全面發(fā)展的人和有社會(huì)責(zé)任感的公民，旨在通過(guò)他們創(chuàng)造一個(gè)更加美好、更加和平的世界。
《瑞吉?dú)W?艾米利亞教育體系》
瑞吉?dú)W是意大利東北部的一座城市，自二十世紀(jì)六十年代以來(lái)，洛利斯·馬拉古齊（Loris Malaguzzi）和當(dāng)?shù)氐挠捉坦ぷ髡咭黄鹋d辦并發(fā)展了該地的學(xué)前教育。數(shù)十年的艱苦創(chuàng)業(yè)，使意大利在舉世聞名的蒙臺(tái)梭利之后，又形成了一套“獨(dú)特與革新的哲學(xué)和課程假設(shè)，學(xué)校組織方法以及壞境設(shè)計(jì)的原則”。人們稱之為“瑞吉?dú)W·艾米利亞教育體系”。
